The sunny weather is really stunting my blog posts!
I had in fact, on Friday, planned my posts for Saturday and Sunday. Saturday was going to be a photo tag I’d received and on Sunday I was going to really spoil you with some photos of me as a baby / toddler with my dad (obviously because it was father’s day). But I failed to even scan the photos – let alone write anything about them!
It would appear though that when the sun comes out I abandon my laptop / PC and anything else internet related (apart from my phone – but then my battery keeps dying so I can’t even tweet successfully!!).
I didn’t do much on Saturday – cleaning, washing – the usual!
But on Sunday it was time for yet another BBQ on the beach. We got there for about 5:30pm and there were no other people there at all! It’s just a small cove, well not that small, but it’s over a golf course so I don’t think that many people know about it. My friends did some (unsuccessful) fishing, all I can say is that it’s a good job we weren’t relying on them for dinner! Then we ate and watched the sky change colours (the beach is on the wrong side to watch the sun go down!).
I may be about to solve my slacky weekend blogging though. With the new iPhone 3.0 download I can enable internet tethering (WOO HOO) which means I can connect my laptop or netbook to the internet via my phone!
I might still do the photo posts this week – work is horrendously busy at the moment though. I came in this morning and for a second thought my office had been burgled…then I remembered it was how I left it Friday!! I’m a terrible worker!
Do you know what else I failed at BTW?? Finding an outfot for the wedding! Yep, I’m a loser and I’m going naked apart from my handbag! Can anyone recommend any nice online sites with next day delivery??

i think it’s ok to slack on the weekend in regard to blogging, everyone needs a break : )

Oh, there is NOTHING wrong with taking a break from the computer on the weekend! I should do it more often…
I think they all do next day delivery…you just have to payout twice as much!! You sound like me…not posting and procrastinating!!!!
Paying out twice as much definitely sucks…but it’s better than queuing in shops when I don’t have the time I reckon
