Firstly
So, in my attempt to be a fully interactive blogger and make as many online friends as possible (I am a social butterfly!)…I’ve joined in yet another…er…I don’t know what you’d call it…but anyhoo!
Lily at Lilyspeak has had a great idea:
“The Ultimate Music Swap
The idea is basic – By Friday, May 1 leave a comment (here) letting me know you want to play and maybe what artist or song YOU KNOW you’d include on the playlist. Then next week, I’ll randomly* match everyone up with another blogger. Your task is to create a mix tape (or CD, or playlist on a jump drive…) to send to each other. Pick new favorites, old favorites, up-and-coming local bands, artists you can’t live with out and anything you think needs to be shared with the world. When you get your mixtape/CD/playlist from your new friend, let us know what music you discovered and what your favorites are!”

Plus, I have done something amazing I never knew you could do and so I think you should definitely do this and pray that you get my mix-tape – it’s goooooooooooooooooooooood!!
And now on to my Sunday playlist. It’s raining here so I’m not so upbeat as usual – although there are a couple of sneaky tracks in there that would definitely make me crank up the volume and dance around (you’ll know these when they come along because they definitely don’t fit the theme!!!).
I know there are only 9 tracks (there’s usually 10), but I got frustrated trying to link in #10. It’s a song called Arcadia and is by a band called Sweet Fontaine (made up of my friend Joe and his brothers!) – they’re excellent…check them out!!!
